The Veterans Museum of Mid Ohio Valley is in the process of collecting pictures and bios of our local veterans. After enough photos and bios are collected, the material will be compiled for a book titled
“Our Local Heroes.”
Biographies should be limited to approximately 300 words including veterans Name, Rank, Branch of Service, and some personal information of military and family history. Please also include a 5”x7” photograph or smaller of the veteran, limit of two photos per page.
The cost to have a veteran featured in the book is $20.00 per page, limit of two pages per individual submission.
Submissions can be mailed or dropped off at the museum, located at 937 Avery Street Parkersburg WV 26101.
